FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is ‘Givestock’?
Givestock is a community music & art fair presented by the fun lovin’ folks at Even Stevens. It’s a day for fans, bands and all the people in the land to come together in the name of peace, food, and good music. This year’s fest hosts Philadelphia-based Dr. Dog and a handpicked lineup of 10 local bands in Ogden UT on September 9th.
Wood is good, but giving is living. Every Givestock ticket sold provides two meals to the Utah community through our friends at the Utah Food Bank.
So every ticket donates two meals?
Yes. For every ticket sold in our shop, online, or at the gates, we’ll give two meals to the Utah Food Bank.
After the festival, we’ll tally ticket sales and publish the total. Within 7 days, we’ll give the Utah Food Bank a check for two meals per every ticket sold. The Utah Food Bank will then distribute foodstuff across programs and organizations that work to alleviate food insecurity – turning your festival experience into two meals for an individual or family in your community.
Partnership is the secret sauce. Learn how Even Stevens donates a sandwich for every sandwich sold here.
